Keda Kava Return & Exchange Policy
At Keda Kava, we stand behind the quality of our drinks and want you to have the best experience possible. If you receive a defective product (e.g. damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised), you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The product must be defective upon arrival.

You must provide proof of purchase.

We may request photos or a description of the issue to help us process your return or exchange.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference or general dissatisfaction that is not related to a product defect.
